The unit is located on the third floor of the building and requires using stairs. The building does not have an elevator. Perfect for guests who are comfortable with stairs and want to enjoy rooftop hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge. We provide towels for the unit, along with essential toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, hand and dish soap, body wash and lotion. GUEST VERIFICATION TO STAY MAY BE REQUIRED To comply with legal requirements and ensure property security, we may request a copy of your government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, ask you to complete our verification process, and/or, in certain cases, undergo a criminal background check. By completing your reservation, you agree to the following conditions: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may need to undergo a background check if required by the property management company or the owner as a condition of booking. - You understand that your check-in instructions may be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification process. - All guests are subject to verification checks and must provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking.
